WhatsApp communications relating to an active order are transactional and may be sent separately from promotional marketing communications.

We may retain artwork previews, revision instructions, and approval records as part of the order history so that we can produce the approved design and address future customer-service questions.

We use customer-submitted photographs, videos, and reference materials primarily to create and fulfill personalized orders.

We do not sell customers’ original pet photographs or videos as standalone content.
