Shipping & Delivery

Every EverPawCraft portrait is made especially for you and your pet. Once your artwork has been approved, we’ll carefully prepare your order and get it on its way to you.

Estimated Shipping Times

Custom Printed Products

· USA: 3–7 business days

· Canada, Australia & UK: 5–7 business days

· Europe: 5–10 business days

· Other International Destinations: 10–15 business days

All orders include tracked shipping, so you can follow your EverPawCraft order on its journey to your door.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, local carrier services, customs, and peak holiday periods.

Artwork & Production

Your custom portrait starts with our artists.

We’ll send your artwork preview to the email address used for your order within 1–2 business days. Please keep an eye on your inbox and reply to our email with your approval or any changes you’d like us to make.

Once you’re happy with your portrait and give us the go-ahead, we’ll begin preparing your artwork for production within 48 hours of approval.

Returns & Our Satisfaction Promise

Because every EverPawCraft portrait is personalized and created specifically for you, we’re unable to accept standard returns or exchanges.

However, we want you to be happy with the finished piece. If your order arrives and something isn’t right, please contact us and tell us what happened. We’ll work with you to make it right and, when appropriate, remake or replace your item at no additional cost.

Your pet is one of a kind. Their portrait should feel that way too.
